1. Return Eligibility
✅ Acceptable Returns:

Unopened vinyl in original shrink wrap (must be in mint condition)

Defective/damaged items (must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video)

Wrong item received
❌ Non-Returnable:

Opened vinyl (unless defective)

Sealed vinyl with broken shrink wrap

Digital downloads or gift cards

Items marked "Final Sale" or "Collector's Edition"
2. Timeframe
• Standard Returns: 14 days from delivery date
• Defective Items: 30 days from delivery date

4. Refund Details
• Refund Method: Original payment
• Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive return
• Deductions:

15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
