Vrecords Return & Refund Policy

At Vrecords, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vinyl purchase. Please review our policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

 Acceptable Returns:

  • Unopened vinyl in original shrink wrap (must be in mint condition)

  • Defective/damaged items (must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video)

  • Wrong item received

 Non-Returnable:

  • Opened vinyl (unless defective)

  • Sealed vinyl with broken shrink wrap

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Collector's Edition"

2. Timeframe

 Standard Returns: 14 days from delivery date
 Defective Items: 30 days from delivery date

3. Return Process

  1. Email Us First: Contact@vrecords.shop with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of issue (for damaged items)

    • Reason for return

  2. Wait for Approval: We'll respond within 24-48 hours with:

    • Return authorization

    • Shipping instructions

  3. Ship Back:

    • Use original packaging if possible

    • Recommended to add tracking/insurance

4. Refund Details

 Refund Method: Original payment
 Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive return
 Deductions:

  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

  • 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns

5. Exchanges

• Subject to availability
• Email us to check stock before returning

6. Damaged in Transit?

• Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of damaged package AND vinyl

  • Tracking number

7. International Returns

• Customer responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs fees
    • Refund excludes original international shipping
